EGG PUFF



INGREDIENTS:


Puff Pastry - 1 sheet
Egg - 3 Hard Boiled and cut length wise

Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Salt - acc to taste

METHOD:
-Pre heat oven to 400 degrees for 15 min.
-After the Puff Pastry sheet has thawed cut it into 6 rectalgular pieces. -Place each 1/2 egg a little far from the border of the small side of the rectangle sprnkle little salt and pepper and close it tightly with the other side.
-Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 40 min at 400 degrees.

egg puffs look yummilicious!!!!

they remind me of my days in Bangalore when we use to go to eat egg puffs and veg puffs at Iyengar bakery in Koramangala :-)

Add a dash of cayenne and chat masala and I'm there. Love this idea!

Egg puffs look yummy.. I have a version too on my blog using a curried onion base.
